Hi All
My name is Paul Ives. I represent The Mountain Club of Maryland (MCM)
 
I joined MCM in 1971 and became an AT maintainer in 1984 after maintaining  
part of the Tuscarora Trail for several years prior to that. I have been  
Supervisor of Trails for MCM since 1992.I am a past president of MCM.
 
I am presently MCM delegate to The Maryland AT Management Committee and The  
PA AT Advisory Committee.
 
I have been a member of ATC since 1969 and have been a member of  
GMC,KTA,CVATMA,and AMC for many years.
 
I am a three time certified chainsaw operator and a hike leader for  MCM.
 
I have hiked portions of the AT in almost every state and have hiked in  
several National Parks and Forests both in the East and West
 
I retired from Verizon as a District Engineering Manager.
