Hal and Walt,
Thanks for the responses. The wording includes "holder of another club
leadership position" with the intention of giving flexibility to clubs. Its
intent is to assure that club representatives have a history with the clubs
and know the issues and concerns that arise. For the moment I want to leave
the provision in the draft, but at the meeting you can propose either
deletion or alternate wording, and the committee as a whole can decide.
Frank

I agree with Walt. The clubs are in the best position to decide who
qualified candidates are. Let them make the choice, as long as the
participants are members of ATC and the maintaining club.
