Thoughts regarding the Regional Partnership Committee:

1. Officers: Chairman: rotating position among all the clubs (volunteers, of course).
The Chairman cannot be succeeded by another member from the same club.
Term of office should be no more than two years..
Term limit -- twice only. This would provide for four years maximum.

2. Officers: Vice-Chairman and Secretary: Same rules as Chairman.

3. The Officers -- Chairman, Vice-Chairman, and Secretary should all come from
                                different clubs.

4. Meetings: No more than two per year unless an emergency meeting is required. That
meeting would be called by the Chairman.

5. Location of meetings: To be held at various places up and down the Trail which should
                                                be fair to all.

6. Club Representatives: Both must be members of ATC and the maintaining Club.
They do NOT have to be club officers or holders of other
leadership positions. We are a small club with very few members
interested in the AT. I am sure other clubs are in the same position.

7. Representatives and Alternates: May serve multiple consecutive two year terms.
Without this proviso, some clubs (like ours) would
                                                        have no representation in time.

Thank You.
