[MA-RPC] Weather and the Upcoming Meeting

Karen and I are tracking the weather for Saturday's upcoming meeting.   We 
decided to e-mail everyone shortly after noon on Friday, Jan 21 to let you know 
of our decision. We want everyone to be safe and comfortable driving to 
Boiling Springs, and driving home again.
