[MA-RPC] RPC-CANCELLATION OF JAN 22 MEETING-SNOW

Thanks for the update, Thyra.  I think that you and Karen made a wise
decision.  I would be driving from the D.C. metropolitan area, and the
weather folks are calling for anywhere from 5-15 inches in this vicinity.

I have a planning meeting next Saturday with our Government partners from
Shenandoah National Park, but have all of the weekends in February free.
