[MA-RPC] RPC-CANCELLATION OF JAN 22 MEETING-SNOW

Unless the meeting is in Boulder, Co, I will not be able to make Fe 12.
February 19th we are having the club up to our cabin near New Albany. 
The other Saturdays are fine.
