[MA-RPC] RPC-Rescheduling 2005- and draft Communication Plan

Smart move, Thyra, cancelling the meeting, as I look out at falling snow, with the forecast having changed upwards several times in the last few hours.

Any date but March 19th is OK for me.

  It has been snowing in Boiling Springs since 7 A.M. Two inches are already covering the deck.
  I have received responses from Rosen, Daniels, Britton, Schubert, Wiemann, Lenahan, Hooper, Ives, Bohn and Snow.
  I need a response from Kintner, Schwartz, Birchman, and Wright as members and alternates Tinney, Alper, Steinmetz, Youngblood, Harvey, Schmidt, Fleming and Owens, and McDermott.  
  The dates being considered are Jan. 29, Feb. 12,19,26, March 5 and 19
  I hope to be able to select a date no later than Monday, Jan. 24
  Paul Schubert- Are you available on March 19?
