[MA-RPC] RPC-Rescheduling 2005- and draft Communication Plan

Who produced the Communication Plan? It has no signature.
 
There are other electronic communications possibilities in addition to email
and websites (well really just a matter of programs on the website). Online
Forums tend to be a little more focused than email. You can do cooperative
document development via programs called Wiki's. Both of these would be easy
to add to our current web site.
 
What are the other regions doing? There is no need for each region to
completely reinvent their own wheel.
 
One of the early projects is updating a lot of existing policies, for
example the LMP. The current process for approving an LMP is broken as it
funnels everything though the regional Vice Chair, which no longer exists
(after July 4).

It has been snowing in Boiling Springs since 7 A.M. Two inches are already
covering the deck.
I have received responses from Rosen, Daniels, Britton, Schubert, Wiemann,
Lenahan, Hooper, Ives, Bohn and Snow.
I need a response from Kintner, Schwartz, Birchman, and Wright as members
and alternates Tinney, Alper, Steinmetz, Youngblood, Harvey, Schmidt,
Fleming and Owens, and McDermott.  
The dates being considered are Jan. 29, Feb. 12,19,26, March 5 and 19
I hope to be able to select a date no later than Monday, Jan. 24
Paul Schubert- Are you available on March 19?
