[MA-RPC] RPC- Sat. Feb. 12-Guests

Thyra,
If the agenda for the Feb. 12 meeting does not include adopting bylaws and
selecting a chair and SC member, then I assume that the Mid Atlantic RPC
will need to meet again before the Biennial meeting in July.  Can we select
a date now?  If we wait to select a date, everyone's calendar fills up, and
it becomes harder to get people together.
