My thought is that they are more than welcome to attend as observers. I don't think we have time to put them on the program per se, as our agenda is already fairly tight. However, ATC and NPS spent a lot of time and money on the reorganization plan, and I for one don't mind if they watch the struggles of our group carving out the future of ATC...
