[MA-RPC] Today's meeting

For the benefit of the few who were not there and as a preview on the
minutes, uur new Chair is Kerry Snow, Vice Chair is Scott Birchman, and
Secretary is Barb Wiemann.

Also welcome Bob Proudman to the list. He will relay stuff to Mari Omland as
appropriate. 

Is there anyone else that should be on the list? Check with them before
submitting names. Appropriate possibilities are other ATC staff members,
Chairs of other RPCs, and perhaps Club Presidents. Perhaps we should have a
second email list that includes more public information that is open to
almost anyone, including government partners. The current web page has
information that I think should be publically available. There might be
other information that requires a password to access. Those items will need
to be explicitly authorized by a process to be determined, perhaps ok of the
Chair and/or Karen, or you can trust me to ask if I have any doubt about its
publicness. Minutes are automatically one of the gray areas depending on the
issues covered at any particular meeting. Perhaps sanitized versions might
be included, e.g. records of decisions made and proposed policies. 

The current web page is only pseudo protected because it is not linked to
any public pages so unless one of you link to it from a club web page or
pass it around too freely in email, it is inaccessible. Before going more
public, I will change the email addresses to a form that is still readable
by humans but not readable by the email harvestors of spammers. In other
words, let be know if you plan to link to the page so that I coordinate the
necessary changes.
