[MA-RPC] RE: Proposed accessibility directives

I agree with Walt that a group response would best serve our interests, 
and that the forum is the best place to formulate this response.

Perhaps it would be appropriate to have a comment period on the forum, 
followed by drafting of our response, then approval of the response by 
a majority of members. This could all take place on-line prior to the 
April 18 deadline if we adhere to a schedule.
