 I have not heard of an age limit on certification. There is certainly a
physical fitness requirement and someone who is too frail is not likely to
pass.

Sign up for the course at Biannenial meeting. It is also sometimes taught at
Delaware Water Gap where a number of our people have taken it. That is not
too far from Philly.
