[MA-RPC] RE: Proposed accessibility directives

1.  The forest service was the people who put through that chain saw 
training requirements which originally only applied to them.  We have to 
assume that these will apply to all.
2.  The accessibility concept shows that most people do not know the 
difference between hiking trails and pedestrian (walking) trails.  If 
this is effort is not redirected, there will be no hiking trails left.  
I think the AT should be exempt from all of these requirements.  That 
would take congressional action!
