[MA-RPC] Draft MAR RPC Minutes Distrubuted Five Months Early!

The draft minutes have been posted on the web site. A quick read says that
they capture the essence correctly but they have a lot of typos. Maybe Barb
can make a pass at cleaning them up.
 
Now that we have the minutes, perhaps Frank Bohn can apply the bylaws
changes we approved.
 
I posted Kerry's official comments to the USGF on ADA issues.
 
At the ATC BOM meeting, they announced the representatives to the
Stewardship Council. As noted in the minutes we nominated Kerry, Barb and
Walt hoping that they would select two from each region. Instead they
selected one from each region. Kerry is our representative. Congratulations!
 
Karen: who else on your staff should be on the MA-RPC email list?
