[MA-RPC] Boundry Monitoring using Satellite Images

Walt this sounds like a great idea. It would certainly eliminate some of the
difficulty getting people to walk the boundry lines every couple of years.
If implemented the area in question could then be looked at. What would be
the cost to do the entire trail. Has any one looked into it? I just read the
introduction, the rest seems to be images of the study, correct me if I'm
wrong. Allen
