[MA-RPC] Biennial, etc.

Less than a week until the Biennial and the official ATC reorganization.
I hope we get a chance to visit at the meeting.
 
I have a meeting scheduled with the three other regional chairs, on Friday.
If anyone has suggestions for topics of discussion, or questions about the
activities of the other regional committees, please let me know and I'll
address them at the meeting.  I'll update the group, here, when I get home.
 
I'd also like to ask, again, that you consider any agenda items that you'd
like to include in our October meeting.
