[MA-RPC] Adding people to the MA-RPC mailing list

Since NYNJTC has three independent local management committees, I would like
to put their chairs on this list so that they see what transpires. That will
help us develop an NYNJTC viewpoint for the committee.

Does anyone have any objections to adding Gene Giordano (NJ), Gail Neffinger
(Orange/Rockland), Jim Haggett (Dutchess/Putnam) and Larry Wheelock (staff)
to this list?
