[MA-RPC] Adding people to the MA-RPC mailing list

I don't think Walt intends to add members to the committee, only to the
listserv, so that we can share communications with the representatives of
the local management committees.  I was going to suggest something similar,
for the other local management committees.  I'd also like to add the other
chairs of the Regional Partnership Committees, since our four groups will be
tackling many similar issues.

The other regional chairs are:
Ned Kuhns (Virginia):  nedkuhns at cox.net
Ann Sherwood (New England): asherelab at aol.com
And Don Walton (Deep South): donwalton at bellsouth.net

I'll try to type up a brief summary of our informal meeting, over the next
couple of days.

What I ment by my reply is that any change of membership should be discussed
at the next meeting.  The implications go beyond any one organization.
