[MA-RPC] Change in reps for BMECC/Development

Hi Kerry,Walt,et al... This is to notify you that Don Youngblood has resigned his position on the MA-RPC. I will be the Club Rep and Martyann Gutierrez(current BMECC Vice President) will be the alternate.Her e-mail address is martyann9 at yahoo.com. Please make changes.Development that is far off the ridge and far from view of the A.T. can change the water tables on the springs above via wells and sewers.We are fortunate to have lots of Pa. State Game Lands(and others) through our section that provides somewhat of a buffer.Would it be unreasonable to say that until there are changes in how our society thinks and builds,constant vigilance is required.See you in October.Scott Birchman BMECC
