[MA-RPC] Board of Directors Handbook, deadline for Grants to Clubs

I've asked Walt to post the Board of Directors Handbook on the MARPC web
page (Walt might be on vacation, though, since I haven't heard back).  In
the meantime, the document (and others are available at:

Please let your club leaders know that the deadline for the L.L.Bean
Grants-to-A.T. Clubs and the Grants-for-Outreach programs are coming up soon
(10/3).  Applications for the grants are available on the ATC website (or I
can e-mail them, if that's preferable).
