[MA-RPC] Karen's slide shows from meeting now on web

I had asked Karen to consider that for the next meeting. I think the
decisions on treadway are tougher than saying no to swings and lawn chairs.
The benefits of much longer life and non-toxicity of some of the plastic
woods make these choices hard. All of our treadway improvements are
non-natural to some extent, ranging from the very benign rotating a rock so
the flat side is up, to cut stone steps, etc.
