As Karen wished, I read the Warterman's book. I generated the
following retorical questions:
1.	General
	a.	Besides the safety and environmental damage considerations, should
we make things easier for hikers?
	b.	Should ATVs be allowed on the trail for search and rescue?
		i.	Only in life and death situations?
2.	Pathway If the trail is to be primitive:
	a.	Should we continue to “improve” the trail?
	b.	Should we used manufactured products such as milled lumber on the
tread way?
	c.	Should the trail be made handicap accessible?
	d.	Should we engage in these very large tail projects that require
multiple weeks?
	e.	Should we try to get people to use side trails not just the main
path?
3.	Parking Lots
	a.	The large they are, the more people on the trail?
	b.	Would multiple parking lots on side trails be better?
4.	Shelters and Tents
	a.	How do we handle large groups?
	b.	Should large groups be banded from shelter areas?
	c.	Should we create separate campsites for large groups?
	d.	Should shelters and tents be visible from the pathway?
