"Melanie Wertz of the Cumberland Valley Appalachian Trail Club wonders if
the national scenic trail was mentioned in talks to end an ongoing dispute
over the location of a warehouse wall.

She asked the township to reconsider lifting the stop work order staff had
issued against the Golden Triangle Industrial Park along the Carlisle Pike.

Wertz also wants the township to seek restitution from Triple Crown for
shifting the west wall 30 feet closer to the trail than what is stipulated
in the recorded land development plan."
