[MA-RPC] FW: [at-l] Warehouse Hearing - Silver Spring Township, PA

This case demonstrates why  we have to be proactive instead of  
reactive.  Once a developer owns the land he has a large budget for  
lawyers and wins more times than not.

We need to do like the farm land trusts and get the development  
rights for the land next to the trail corridor.
