The Spring meeting of the MARPC is scheduled for next Saturday, March 11.
The meeting will commence at 9:30, with coffee and donuts available at 9.
We'll meet at the Unitarian Universalists Church of Cumberland Valley on 2
Forge Road, Boiling Springs.
 
I've attached a copy of the agenda (subject to a few changes).  Much of the
day will be devoted to a discussion of our sub-committees.  Karen and I have
scheduled time in the afternoon for each sub-committee chair to lead a
discussion of their group.  Hopefully, we've all had a chance to think about
the role of the MARPC, since our last meeting, and will be able to offer
input about the sub-committee structure and the type of work we hope to
accomplish.  This meeting will provide a good opportunity to fine tune our
sub-committees and identify any problems we're seeing (communications,
participation, etc.).
 
When you get a chance, please respond to this message, letting Karen and me
know if you plan to attend the meeting on Saturday and if you plan to stick
around for dinner at the Scott Farm.
